If recent history is any indication, Bears GM Jerry Angelo won't hesitate to deal the team's No. 29 overall pick and move out of the first round of the NFL draft, according to an ESPN.com report on Thursday. "I know the question will come up: Will you trade up, will you trade down?" Angelo said Thursday at Halas Hall. "We're always going to be flexible. We always have. Trading down is easier to do and if there's enough players on the board when it's our pick [and] it makes sense, then it's something we would consider very seriously."
