The NFL and its players are taking their current mediated negotiations seriously.
A source said all parties appear to be "serious" about these talks ordered by U.S. District Judge Susan Nelson because of the potential consequences if they break down.
After meeting for a total of 14 hours this past week, talks have been suspended until Tuesday so that both sides can regroup.
