Peyton Manning and wife Ashley are new parents of twins. John Althardt, a spokesman for the Marion County Health Department, says birth certificates filed April 8 show Mosley Thompson Manning and brother Marshall Williams Manning were born March 31 in Indianapolis. The births came 10 days after Manning became an uncle. Giants quarterback Eli Manning and wife Abby became parents of a daughter on March 21.
