The effort to bring an NFL team to Los Angeles is progressing, even if labor negations in the league aren't. AEG, which has proposed to build a stadium in downtown Los Angeles, has selected Gensler to design the estimated $1 billion the stadium. Gensler has never designed an NFL stadium but has done work in L.A. before, including the creation of a 54-story hotel and residence tower.
