The Jets defeated the Colts 17-16 on Saturday night thanks to a 32-yard field goal by Nick Folk.
Folk made the kick as time expired.
Adam Vinatieri had hit what looked like a potential game-winning field goal with 57 seconds left to give Indianapolis a 16-14 lead.
Jets cornerback Antonio Cromartie returned the kickoff to near midfield and Mark Sanchez completed three passes, with a LaDainian Tomlinson run mixed in, to bring Folk well within field goal range.
Tomlinson finished with 16 carries for 82 yards and two touchdowns. Sanchez went 18-for-31 with 189 yards and an interception.
Manning, who beat the Jets in the AFC Title Game last January, went 18-for-26 with 225 yards and a touchdown.
Pierre Garcon caught five passes for 112 yards and a touchdown.
The Jets will travel to New England to face the Patriots next weekend.
