The Vikings are in serious talks with Leslie Frazier to make him their full-time coach, according to a report in the Star Tribune. Frazier, who had been defensive coordinator, is seeking a three-year contract after going 3-2 as the interim replacement for Brad Childress, who was fired Nov. 21 following a 3-7 start. If negotiations go well, Frazier could be announced as the full-time coach some time after Minnesota's Sunday season finale in Detroit against the Lions.
