If Brett Favre can throw, he'll start at quarterback for the Vikings on Sunday against the Giants. Favre has a sprained joint in his right shoulder, suffered when he threw his first pass against the Bills. "From what I've been told, rest is probably key," Minnesota coach Leslie Frazier said. "That's going to be number one, and they'll do some exercises with him to help him as well. But it's not something that can surgically be attended to. It's just a matter of rest and then the rehab that they're going to put him through."
