Eagles cornerback Ellis Hobbs will miss the remainder of the season with a neck injury, according to sources.
Hobbs, who took a hit to the helmet on the second-half kickoff return of Philadelphia's win over New York, underwent an MRI exam Monday morning.
"He does have a disc injury in there -- not the same disc that he had before," head coach Andy Reid told reporters Monday, referring to a separate disc injury that ended Hobbs' 2009 season.
"We're just going to take our time and further evaluate it and see how he does."
