Donovan McNabb sounds as if he's prepared to spend the foreseeable future in Washington, D.C. Just a day after signing a four-year extension with the Redskins that has received quite a bit of attention, McNabb said he sees himself becoming a fixture with the franchise. "I will be here next year...I'll be here for years to come," McNabb said Tuesday afternoon on his weekly appearance on ESPN 980. "Not just next year, but after that as well." In extending McNabb through 2015, the Redskins included language that gives McNabb an extra $3.5 million this season but the remaining years in the deal are not guaranteed.
