Vikings quarterback Brett Favre is unsure of his status heading into the team's game against the Patriots on Sunday because of a fractured left ankle. "Who knows? I hope I do," Favre said of playing on Sunday. "If I can play but not be effective, then it's not worth playing. I hope I use good judgment. So, we'll see. I'm not a spring chicken any more. I don't heal as quickly." Favre has started in 291 consecutive games, an NFL record for quarterbacks.
