The Texans have cut kicker Kris Brown, the last remaining player from their inaugural 2002 season. Houston signed Neil Rackers this offseason and he won the kicking job in training camp. Brown is the only player to appear in all 128 games in Texans history. He followed up his best season as a pro in 2008 with his worst last season, when he made just 21 of 32 field goals.
