The Washington Redskins filled their need for a nickel back by signing cornerback Kenny Wright. Wright has spent time with Minnesota, Houston and Jacksonville over a seven-year career, playing in 110 games with 47 starts. He started all 16 games in his only season with Jacksonville last year and had two interceptions. Wright replaces Walt Harris as the No. 3 cornerback behind starters Shawn Springs and Carlos Rogers. Harris was cut for salary-cap purposes last month.
