Vikings running back Adrian Peterson says he'll report to training camp on time. Peterson says he didn't miss Minnesota's minicamp because of unhappiness with his contract. "That was not the reason at all," Peterson said emphatically. Peterson has two years remaining on his contract and is set to make about $6.5 million this season and possibly as much as $13 million with escalators in 2011. "Do I want a new contract?" Peterson said. "Anytime you're dealing with a business, you've got your business side to it and then you've got your side where you've got to go out and perform. With that being said, I focus on what I have to do and that's preparing myself for the season. I let my agents take care of everything else. I am excited about training camp and I'm ready to get going. I'm sure I'm more pumped up to get going than the coaches."
