The Cowboys have agreed to terms with rookie defensive back Akwasi Owusu-Ansah. Dallas selected Owusu-Ansah in the fourth round of April's NFL Draft out of Indiana (Pa.). Finances of the deal were not released, but the contract is believed to be for four years.
