Cowboys owner Jerry Jones said Wednesday that the team has no plans to grant wide receiver Patrick Crayton's request to be released. "We've got a lot of good receivers out here," Jones said. "Patrick is a good receiver. You see where the numbers are. You know that ultimately all of that has to come into consideration from the team's standpoint." Crayton, who doubts that the Cowboys will be willing to pay his $2 million salary to serve as the team's No. 4 receiver, privately requested to be released weeks ago via agent Fred Lyles.
