Redskins owner Daniel Snyder is "disappointed" in defensive tackle Albert Haynesworth, who hasn't attended the team's voluntary offseason workouts. Snyder praised the leadership of new coach Mike Shanahan and quarterback Donovan McNabb. The Redskins have paid Haynesworth $32 million in guaranteed money the past 15 months. "Yeah, I'm disappointed he's not here. Absolutely," Snyder said. "We're expecting our players to lead by example, and we're expecting our players to understand that they're Redskins and they need to be there."
