Bears quarterback Jay Cutler plans to consult Kurt Warner on Mike Martz's offensive system. Warner and Martz spent time together in St. Louis. The recently retired quarterback ran Martz's system for five seasons and compiled 14,428 yards and 102 touchdowns. Cutler traded text messages with Warner after Martz was hired as the Bears new offensive coordinator. "I kind of want to be able digest a little bit more of the playbook, be more in sync with what we're trying to do and what we're being asked to do before I ask (Warner) a lot of questions," Cutler said. "Maybe through July, I'll have a little more of a lengthy conversation with him."
