Jaguars quarterback David Garrard feels challenged and vows to rebound after a rough season. He says he's had the best offseason of his career and he'll do everything to make Jacksonville's offensive better. "I think any time any man is challenged it's going to bring something out of you," Garrard said Sunday. "It should. If another man is going to challenge you, and you are really a man, then you're going to rise to the occasion. I want to be better. I want to be greater." The Jaguars passed on taking any of the top young quarterbacks in this year's NFL Draft. "Absolutely," Garrard said. "It's a pivotal year for all of us, no bigger year than it is for me."
