Oregon running back LeGarrette Blount believes that he's the best rusher in this year's NFL Draft. Character issues have caused his stock to slide and he won't be the first running back taken next week. "He was a first- or second-rounder before," said John Clayton, an NFL analyst for ESPN. C.J. Spiller (Clemson), Jonathan Dwyer (Georgia Tech), Ryan Matthews (Fresno State), and Jahvid Best (California) are projected as the top running backs in the NFL draft. "I still hold myself in the league of those guys," Blount said. "To be 100 percent honest, I feel like I'm the best running back in this draft."
