A Raiders team executive says that the starting quarterback job in Oakland is JaMarcus Russell's to lose. An unnamed team executive spoke with Thomas George of Fanhouse, touting Russell's early connection with new offensive coordinator Hue Jackson. "We have to develop an attitude, a belief as a team and organization of winning thinking and preparation," the source told George. "That has to come from JaMarcus and from his position. It's his job to lose. He is aware of that."
