The Denver Broncos waived running back Mike Anderson and defensive end Trevor Pryce, as well as tight end Jeb Putzier as they worked to get its payroll down for the start of free agency. Pryce played nine seasons with the Broncos after the club selected him in the first round in 1997. In 121 career regular-season games, he had 391 tackles, 64 sacks and two interceptions.
