Unlike last offseason when New England franchised Matt Cassel on the first day possible, Thursday ended without any movement in regards to Vince Wilfork. Wilfork has repeatedly stated he wants to move on from the Patriots and sign a long term deal. The Patriots have two weeks to make a decision on the franchise tag.
