Kurt Warner is warning Jay Cutler to have patience with new Bears offensive coordinator Mike Martz. Warner experienced ups and downs with Martz in St. Louis during the 1999 season. "He has a certain way he likes his quarterbacks to play," Warner said Monday. "It was really frustrating, at first, to get that stuff down, and he was on me all the time, yelling and screaming. "I couldn't get that at first, and it shuts you off." Warner says that Cutler just needs to have faith. "It's going to take some time. It might not be the way you've always done it, but trust it, because I know how it helped me," said Warner. "In the long run, the stuff he teaches makes a quarterback better."
