Matt Leinart has a lot invested in whether or not Kurt Warner retires. "For me, I can't worry about what I can't control," said Leinart, who has been Warner's backup for much of his career since being drafted in 2006 out of Southern California. "I can't control what he's going to do. I can only control what I do. I feel like I work as hard as anybody in the off-season. "As far as physically, mentally, that's what I'm going to do this off-season. I do realize there is a good chance that he will retire and my opportunity will finally come. We'll see. I'm going to prepare this off-season like I did past off-season, probably even work harder. We'll just see what happens."
