Cowboys coach Wade Phillips may need to win this weekend in order to save his job.
Don Banks of Sports Illustrated writes that there is a reason that Dallas owner Jerry Jones hasn't given Phillips a contract extension.
The Cowboys haven't won a playoff game since 1996 and Phillips is 0-4 as a head coach in the postseason.
Banks writes that if Philadelphia beats Dallas at Cowboys Stadium on Saturday night, Phillips could be done.
