Browns coach Eric Mangini claims that his decision on the team's starting quarterback has nothing to do with Brady Quinn's possible bonus. Mangini says that he's sticking with Derek Anderson despite his terrible play in recent weeks. If Quinn takes 70 percent of Cleveland's offensive snaps this season, he'll trigger a $10.9 million clause in his contract. He could still reach the plateau if the Browns started him this weekend. "That has nothing to do with it. Nothing. Zero," Mangini told the Cleveland Plain Dealer.
