Raiders coach Tom Cable indicated that JaMarcus Russell is still the team's starting quarterback. Cable pulled Russell in the second quarter of the team's 38-0 loss to the Jets on Sunday. "I thought he was, for the first time, I thought he was really out of sorts early in the game," Cable told NFL.com. "I didn't feel like, at that point, he gave us the best chance to have the success we needed to have offensively and made the move. JaMarcus will continue to be our starter. There's no issue there."
