If Eli Manning isn't able to play, the Giants will start David Carr at quarterback against the Raiders. Manning didn't practice for the second straight day on Thursday. "I expect him to play well," offensive coordinator David Gilbride told the New York Post of Carr. "The last time he played for us with any extensive play when we wanted him to do something was in Minnesota and he was outstanding. I'll be disappointed if he doesn't play well because I think he will."
