Michael Crabtree is ready to renew talks with the 49ers, according to sources familiar with the negotiations. The unsigned rookie wide receiver reportedly left Tampa Bay, where he had been training recently, for San Francisco on Monday. "Any guy that can play and help us win, I would never say, 'No, we don't need him,' " 49ers coach Mike Singletary said. "We need all the good football players we can get." San Francisco took Crabtree with the 10th overall pick in April's NFL Draft.
