Panthers head coach John Fox insists that Jake Delhomme will remain the team's starting quarterback. Delhomme has thrown two touchdown passes and seven interceptions this season. "I didn't think that was a question, but if that needs to be clarified, yes with a capital Y," Fox said of Delhomme's status. Delhomme has a 54.3 passer rating and Carolina's has a minus-8 turnover margin. "Certainly we haven't put up the points that we would have liked to have put up," the quarterback said. "But we're a work in progress and we're trying to get there."
