The Eagles are stuck with the contract of wide receiver Reggie Brown. Philadelphia signed Brown to a contract extension in November 2006. The team can't find a trade suitor nor can they afford to release him. Brown's deal, which runs through 2014, includes $7.3 million in bonus proration over the next four years, sources told the Philadelphia Daily News. If the Eagles trade or release Brown, all of that $7.3 million, minus his $844,000 base salary for this year, would get accelerated into their 2009 cap.
