The Dallas Cowboys plan on having the roof of their new stadium open on Sunday night when they host the Giants. A decision on whether the roof is open or closed has to be made 90 minutes before kickoff and the decision is final, except for hazardous weather conditions occur during the game. "I don't have a feel for [the roof being open]," Wade Phillips said. "I think the crowd is the big thing and the homefield having all the people on your side, people yelling and screaming when the other team has the ball. That's the only advantage in football."
