Richard Seymour has yet to be seen at the Raiders practice facility and they have yet to even put a nameplate over his locker, according to various media reports. Jerry McDonald of the Oakland Tribune, several Raiders have inquired on rumors that Seymour may not report. Oakland acquired Seymour over the weekend in a trade with the Patriots.
