The Vikings have sold 2,500 season tickets since Tuesday morning, when news broke of Brett Favre's signing. "Obviously, a very exciting day," sales and marketing vice president Steve LaCroix told the Pioneer Press. "Almost from the first minute of reports this morning, activity started kicking in." LaCroix also said the Vikings have sold 8,000 single-game tickets, but there are still tickets available for all of Minnesota's home games. "We want the fans to know there are still tickets available," he added. "Blackouts, we don't want to face that issue like we have the past few years. But there's still work to do."
