Raiders wide receiver Darrius Heyward-Bey is getting a lot of attention for his early struggles in training camp. Criticism should have been expected when Oakland selected him over more established receivers like Michael Crabtree and Jeremy Maclin on draft day. "He's getting better and better, day by day," quarterback JaMarcus Russell told the Sacramento Bee. "I think he's a bit jittery. He'd like to do so good to a point where he's making himself nervous. The best thing for him to do is relax. He knows what to do. "He just has to keep going in the right direction." Heyward-Bey insists that he'll stop dropping passes and that his game will come together as time goes on. "It's 110 things happening at once; you've got to make it all come together," Heyward-Bey said. "And as time goes, as camp goes, we've got 31 more practices, it's all going to come together. "I'm doing everything possible to make sure it's straight."
