Albert Haynesworth was held out of Washington's abbreviated practice on Monday a day after an injection in his left knee. Both Haynesworth and Redskins coach Jim Zorn denied that the injury is something that should be worried about long-term. "He started out very well, and he's continuing to show he's going to be a force definitely on our team and in this league," Zorn told the Washington Times. "I'm absolutely pleased with where he's at right now. We're just trying to keep his knee, which is sore from all the work we're doing, and make sure we don't have to shut him down completely for more than a day or two." Haynesworth had injections at the start of camp the past two summers while with the Titans. "[This series of injections] gets you through two-a-days basically," Zorn said. "It doesn't stay in there forever. It helps cushion your knee if you have any abrasions or any grinding going on. During the season, the battle is on Sunday, but we're not hitting completely during the week. Now we're hitting every day."
