Bills owner Ralph Wilson said on Sirius NFL Radio on Friday that the club was "lucky" to sign Terrell Owens. "I don't know him that well. He's been a model citizen and is well liked by all the players and has attended most of the offseason practices," Wilson said. "I think he's going to give us what we need, which is a big, tall wide receiver who loves to play the game. We're just lucky to get him. I couldn't believe it (that we got him) when he was free to sign with anybody."
