Several teams have contacted Greg Ellis' agent, and Ellis said he wants to continue playing even though if he sat out he would earn $1.5 million from the Cowboys as part of a guarantee. If Ellis signs with another team, the Cowboys would have to make up the difference if he earns less than $1.5 million. "It goes high and low," Ellis said of his emotions. "You feel like, 'OK, too bad I've been here for 11 seasons.' Picking up and moving, that's a big change, that's a big obstacle in your life as far as football. The last couple of seasons it probably would've been better for me to have been on another team. Not anything against the Cowboys. I love the Cowboys ... but sometimes there were some awkward situations."
