Chiefs running back Larry Johnson will take part in the team's voluntary minicamp, from Friday to Sunday, according to agent Peter Schaffer. Schaffer also said that Johnson has been participating in the team's offseason workout program, which began March 30. Johnson, who initially asked to be traded, has changed his mind and is reportedly excited about the upcoming season. Schaffer also believes that Kansas City wants to keep L.J. "If it was a foregone conclusion that the Chiefs would cut Larry I don't think he'd be going to the minicamp," Schaffer said. "We're planning on moving on. That's why Larry is with the team."
