The Lions agreed to a one-year contract with offensive lineman Daniel Loper on Friday, according to the player's agent. Loper, 27, has spent his career as a reserve with the Titans. "I think they have quite a few starters locked into place, but there is an opportunity there, and chance to start is what I am looking for," Loper told the Nashville Tennessean. "As good as all those guys are in Tennessee, I knew I had no chance to break the starting lineup."
