The Browns have reportedly received permission to interview Eagles' General Manager Tom Heckert. Heckert has been with the Eagles since 2001 and has served as general manager for three years. He interviewed a year ago for the Atlanta Falcons' job that went to New England's Thomas Dimitroff.
