Ezekiel Elliott is "late" to training camp and can be subject to fines under the CBA as a non-report.
Jerry Jones tried to avoid the word "holdout" in describing Elliott's situation with the Dallas Cowboys.
"He is ah ... he's late. We have officially reported and so he's a non-report officially," Jones said.
