The Lions got a glimpse of the player who is being hailed as their star of the future, and they might have found a leader in the battle for the job as backup quarterback. Dan Orlovsky led a fourth-quarter rally that wiped out a 16-point deficit and gave the Lions a 27-26 victory over the Cincinnati Bengals Thursday night in the exhibition opener at Ford Field. The Lions' next game is Aug. 18 at Cleveland. The Lions appeared headed for another dreary loss, but Orlovsky -- competing with J.T. O'Sullivan for the No. 2 job behind starter Jon Kitna -- led the rally with 17 points in the last 3:23.
