Indianapolis Colts cornerback Nick Harper is scheduled to meet with the Tennessee Titans today, according to his agent, Ian Greengross. Colts running back Dominic Rhodes might visit Tennessee in the coming days, too, according to the Nashville Tennessean newspaper. Harper and Rhodes are unrestricted free agents.
