Shaun Draughn has re-signed with the San Francisco 49ers on a one-year deal.

Draughn started six games for the 49ers last season and rushed for 263 yards on 76 carries before being placed on injured reserve because of a knee injury.

"Shaun did a heck of a job for us last year despite joining the team in the middle of the season," 49ers general manager Trent Baalke said in a statement. "He certainly earned the respect of everyone in our organization for the way he handled himself, both on and off the field, and we are excited to have him back."
