Bill Polian, president of the Colts, disclosed to the media no new information Monday on the condition that resulted in defensive tackle Corey Simon being placed on the NFL's non-football illness/injury list on Oct. 5 but did provide some clarification. Referring to an ESPN report citing unnamed sources that said Simon probably suffered from polyarthritis, Polian said, "We can't say anything publicly, but we didn't dispute it." Polyarthritis is a type of arthritis that affects five or more joints.
