The Bears have released veteran defensive tackle Anthony Adams and offensive lineman Frank Omiyale. Adams went from making 16 starts in 2010 to four stars last season, his fifth year in Chicago. Omiyale started every game in 2010, but made just three starts at right tackle last season.
