The Raiders, hoping to hire their next head coach by the end of the week, have already interviewed Packers assistant head coach Winston Moss, according to league sources. The four-hour interview was held in Green Bay on Jan. 14 after the Packers finished practice for their playoff game against the Giants, the sources said.
