Cowboys quarterback Tony Romo was fitted for a protective vest on Wednesday as he aims to play through a fractured rib, according to a source.
The vest is manufactured by the same equipment company that created a similar device for Michael Vick last season.
Romo fractured a rib and suffered a small puncture of his lung on the third play of the Cowboys' comeback victory Sunday against the 49ers.
