Bills running back Marshawn Lynch has refused to participate in voluntary practices with the team, but has been seen working out at Buffalo's facility. Chan Gailey, the team's new coach, isn't going to make any special pardons for Lynch and is refusing to put extra effort into meeting with Lynch, sources told NFL.com. Lynch doesn't believe he has a future in Buffalo. His suspicions aren't without merit. The Bills featured Fred Jackson more last season and drafted C.J. Spiller in the first round of April's NFL Draft. "Chan is not going to approach this like (his predecessor, Dick) Jauron," the source said. "He's not going to handle things the way Dick did with Jason Peters (the offensive tackle the Bills eventually traded to the Philadelphia Eagles after he held out in a contract dispute). Lynch is going to get on board with his program, period."
